Even a bad day on the river is better than...

....uh. Wait. There's nothing better than a bad day on the river.

We haven't had a bad day on the river yet. And yesterday was no exception...it was absolutely, positively gorgeous. 82 degrees...a little bit of breeze...no humidity.

Awesome.

And then it got kinda scary-lookin...

...then the clouds parted and it was beautiful again.

I swear...a few hours on that boat is absolute soul-soothing therapy.

When are you guys going to make your way down the Bath Chute to visit "God's Country" and your old friend?

Funny you should mention that, Mary. While we were out on the river, Zig said we needed to call y'all and have you come up and go boatin. And I agree.
Soooo...when ya comin up?

As for us comin down to the Chute, we'd have to navigate the locks. It took us a couple weeks just to figure out the best way to dock the damn thing. The locks might be a little beyond our scope. heh
